Company Profile Caltest, LLC is a New York State registered, limited liability company, organized in November of 1997 to supply computers, software tools, sample preparation tools, training, applications support, and added quality control to subscribers of it's Sentinel Customer Care Program.Caltest is a consulting firm that operates as an independent, third party entity when working with suppliers and users of analytical instruments, systems and techniques.Subscribers to Caltest's Sentinel Program communicate problems pertaining to the systems covered by the Program to Caltest, LLC.Caltest actually works for the subscribers of it's Sentinel Program. The company acts as "the manager" on behalf of it's subscriber's to quickly identify, control and remedy any problems discovered with systems under it's Program.Caltest does not purport to be able to repair manufacturers' hardware and components, although the Company is used often by it's subscribers as a primary source of information during troubleshooting exercises. The Company has the capability to detect many, if not all hardware, software and training problems, and then assist it's subscribers in obtaining resolution of the problem either from the subscriber's organization, or from the equipment manufacturer's organization.When preparing to purchase new equipment, instruments and techniques, Caltest is often solicited to offer assistance in developing experimental designs that can be used to test the features of the new equipment, or technique.
